The objective of the study is to build a MaaS strategy adapted to MEL. For this, a first benchmark stage enable us to draw up an inventory of the current state of existing solutions. In a second step, the short, medium and long term objectifs specifics to MEL are defined. A strategy is finally bluid confronting the benchmark results and the local context. The third step of the study is more operationnal and formalize the objectives through a grid of criteria that will serve as a basis for offers analysis.
