This study aims to understand the profile and behavior of clients of the dockless e-scooter service Dott in Paris. It is based on a quantitative survey conducted by means of an online questionnaire sent out to several thousand Dott clients. The survey explores use of the dockless e-scooter services in general, the last trip made by the respondent, and the socio-demographic profile of the users. This study looks more specifically at the issue of dockless e-scooter parking (acceptability of parking in dedicated spaces), as well as the specifics behavior of young users.
